Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Remote Control TV ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

The App provides a virtual remote control interface for Smart TVs (Samsung, LG, Sony, Roku, Android TV, Fire TV) over your local Wi-Fi network. The App communicates directly with your TV and does not route commands through external servers.

3. Requirements

• iOS 17.0 or later
• A compatible Smart TV connected to the same Wi-Fi network
• Local network permission granted to the App

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

The App offers a free tier with basic remote functionality and a Premium subscription with additional features.

• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
• Free trial periods, if offered, automatically convert to paid subscriptions

All purchases are subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

5. Permitted Use

You may use the App to control Smart TVs that you own or have authorization to control. You agree not to:

• Use the App to control devices without the owner's permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will work with all TV models or firmware versions. TV manufacturers may update their devices in ways that affect compatibility.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
